ZIACORE IS A HOME WITH A COMMUNITY-DRIVEN MISSION. IT IS A CENTRALLY LOCATED PROPERTY ON A BEAUTIFUL BLOCK IN VENICE, CALIFORNIA

Through our consulting at ZiaCore, we explored redefining the understanding of ‘home’. We made design recommendations that honored Its identity as a house that, beyond sheltering its occupants in a luxurious, earthy, warm, modern structure, allows it to serve as a gathering space and hub for healing initiatives and activism. We also focused on the property's landscape design so that the space could be reimagined and redesigned as an urban oasis that can host classes, events for community connection and where inspiring speakers and musical performers can take the stage. 

ZiaCore is a gracious modern home and an idyllic venue that will soon be hosting community-building events, offerings with healing practitioners, creative performances, and gatherings that prioritize social and environmental activism.
